How to Use the SaaS Metrics Dashboard: Track MRR, LTV, CAC & 15+ KPIs
The SaaS Metrics Dashboard combines all the individual calculators into a single view. Input your numbers once and see MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn, burn rate, runway, and 15+ other KPIs calculated and visualized together.
Setting up your dashboard
Navigate to Free Tools > SaaS Metrics Dashboard. Enter your key business numbers: revenue, customers, costs, and churn data. The dashboard calculates everything else automatically.
All metrics update in real-time as you change inputs. Use it during board meetings, investor calls, or monthly reviews to see your full financial picture at a glance.
Metrics tracked
The dashboard tracks 15+ SaaS KPIs including MRR, ARR, net new MRR, customer count, ARPU, LTV, CAC, LTV:CAC ratio, churn rate, burn rate, runway, break-even point, and growth rate.
Charts visualize trends over time and highlight metrics that need attention — like increasing churn or declining net new MRR.

Using dashboard insights
The dashboard highlights which metrics are healthy (green), concerning (yellow), or critical (red) based on industry benchmarks. Focus improvement efforts on the red and yellow metrics first.
