How to Use BuildHub and the Infinity Canvas for AI-Powered Project Management

Getting started with BuildHub

From your dashboard, navigate to BuildHub and create a new project. Each project gets a dedicated workspace with a sidebar containing Project Info, Project Prompts, Project CRM, and Project Docs.

The Infinity Canvas is the main workspace. You interact with it by creating nodes, connecting them visually, and using AI to generate content within each node.

Working with nodes on the canvas

The canvas supports four node types: Document nodes for markdown-based writing, Table nodes for structured data, Q&A nodes for AI conversations, and Data View nodes for filtered table lenses.

Create a node by clicking the toolbar and dragging it onto the canvas. Connect nodes by dragging from one to another to show relationships. The AI uses these connections to provide context-aware assistance.

• Document Nodes: write project specs, notes, and research with AI-assisted editing
• Table Nodes: track competitors, features, or user feedback in structured grids
• Q&A Nodes: have AI conversations scoped to specific project topics
• Data View Nodes: create filtered views of your table data

Using AI on the canvas

The AI has context about your project and all connected nodes. Ask it to generate competitor analysis tables, expand document outlines, summarize research, or suggest connections between nodes.

Chat threads maintain persistent memory, so you can have ongoing conversations about different aspects of your project across multiple sessions.

Project sidebar features

Beyond the canvas, BuildHub includes a CRM for tracking leads and customer conversations, a document manager for project docs, and a prompts library for saving AI prompts tuned to your specific project.

All of these integrate with the canvas — you can attach CRM contacts to canvas nodes, link documents to specific project phases, and use saved prompts within any Q&A node.
