v0.1.5
v0.1.5New
- Software Reviews Lab: add a product and read its G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and Trustpilot reviews through Clipper. See ratings, reviews over time, the top complaints and requests with counts, who reviews it, and every quote with a link to its source.
- App Reviews Lab: paste an App Store or Google Play link and see what users hate or ask for, with ratings, versions, themes and quotes.
- Idea Discovery Lab: type a category and Desktop finds the big, unhappy apps in the App Store and Google Play, counts their complaints into themes and turns each theme into an idea card backed by real quotes.
- Local Density Lab: pick an industry and see how many businesses like it exist in each state or county, with staff, pay and change over the years, from Census data.
- AI Answers Lab: ask your own AI the questions buyers ask and see whether it names your product or your rivals, and how that changes week to week.
- Trustpilot is a review site, next to G2, Capterra and TrustRadius, in Deep Research and the Software Reviews Lab.
Improved
- Select messages is now an icon in the chat header, next to History.
- After you reopen Desktop, Settings says Clipper is paired and reconnecting, so you never need a new code.
Fixed
- Copy buttons copy again. They used to show "Press Ctrl+C or Cmd+C to copy" instead.
- Chat messages no longer slide behind the Select messages bar.
Known limits
- Reviews and Trustpilot need Clipper 1.5 from the Chrome Web Store, paired with Desktop.
- Letting your AI find and read any website comes with the next Clipper update. Desktop tells you when it is ready.
- The Windows installer is unsigned for now, so Windows may show a SmartScreen warning: choose More info, then Run anyway.
- Desktop needs a Basic or Pro plan, or the one-time Desktop add-on.
