Go to the sign-in page and choose "Create account", or open bigideasdb.com and select Sign up.

You do not need to upgrade to get value on day one. - Magic link didn't arrive - check spam, and confirm you used the same email you signed up with.
- Google sign-in loops - clear cookies for the site or try an incognito window.
- Still stuck - reach support from the in-app chat or the contact options in Account & Billing.
If a magic link has expired, simply request a new one from the sign-in page - links are single-use and time-limited for security. Signing in with the same method you originally used avoids creating a duplicate account, which is the most common cause of "my data is missing" reports.

The magic link didn't arrive - what now?
Check your spam folder first, and confirm you entered the same email you used to sign up. Links are single-use and expire, so if too much time has passed just request a fresh one from the sign-in page.
