Where to manage your subscription

Everything about your plan lives in the account and billing area of your dashboard. From there you can see which tier you are on, when it renews, and which billing cycle you are on. Billing itself is handled through Stripe, so your card details are stored securely with Stripe rather than on our servers.

• Current plan - see whether you are on Free, Lite, or Pro.
• Billing cycle - monthly and yearly billing are both available, and yearly saves versus monthly.
• Payment method - update the card on file through Stripe.
• Invoices - open the Stripe customer portal for receipts and past invoices.

Changing your plan or billing cycle

You can move between tiers at any time. To understand what each tier unlocks before you change, see Plans & pricing explained. To move up to Pro, see Upgrade to Pro.

Moving up a tier takes effect right away, so the features that tier includes become available as soon as your payment is confirmed. Switching between monthly and yearly billing changes how often you are charged and is a good way to lower your ongoing cost, since yearly saves versus paying monthly. If you move down a tier, you keep access to what you paid for through the end of your current period, and the lower tier applies from the next renewal.

What each tier includes

It helps to know where your account sits before you make a change. BigIdeasDB has three tiers, and each one builds on the one below it.

• Free - free tools, calculators, the idea generator, and limited database browsing.
• Lite - adds full access to the pain-points and SaaS-ideas databases.
• Pro - everything, including the MCP server, TrustMRR revenue intelligence, unlimited BuildGuide and Reddit pipelines, full BuildHub, and priority support.

Keeping your payment method current

A subscription only renews cleanly when the card on file is valid, so it is worth keeping your payment method up to date, especially before a renewal date. You update your card through Stripe from the same billing area, and because Stripe processes the change directly, the new details take effect immediately for your next charge.
